Group Programs: We offer group programs, such as art, music and sports, to help individuals develop new skills and interests.
Mentorship: We provide mentorship opportunities, where individuals can be paired with a trained mentor who can provide support and guidance
Family Support: We offer support and resources for families and carers, including respite care, counselling and advocacy.
Nursing Support
Medication Management and administration. Our nurses provide medication management support, including administering medications, monitoring side effects, and adjusting medication regimens as needed.
Wound care and management: Our nurses provide expert wound care and management, including dressing changes, wound cleaning, and debridement.
